-knowledge in restaurant kitchen operations and advantage
-will supervise Chef de Partie assigned in restaurants
-willing to work on shifting schedules
ASSISTANT FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER
-completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent working experience.
-with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
-has excellent communication skills, oral and written
-computer literate
-adept in planning
-exposure to different types of restaurant operations an advantage
-will manage operations of at least two food and beverage outlets
-will supervise Food and Beverage supervisors
-willing to work on shifting schedules
SPORTS and RECREATION SUPERVISOR
